Finance Director
The Finance Director of America United Foundation is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health, accountability, and long-term sustainability. This role includes managing budgets, financial reporting, audits, donor fund tracking, and ensuring compliance with all nonprofit regulations and internal policies.
Francisco works closely with executive leadership to develop financial strategies that support the foundation’s humanitarian mission while maintaining transparency, integrity, and responsible stewardship of all resources.
Bertha
Attorney At Law
The Legal Director of America United Foundation is responsible for overseeing all legal matters affecting the organization and ensuring full compliance with local, state, federal, and international nonprofit regulations. In her role, Betha provides legal guidance on contracts, partnerships, donor agreements, governance policies, intellectual property, risk management, and humanitarian operations while protecting the organization’s mission and reputation.
Eduardo Jourden
Warehouse General Manager
The Warehouse Manager of America United Foundation is responsible for overseeing inventory, storage, shipping, and distribution operations to ensure donated goods and supplies are managed efficiently and safely. This role supervises warehouse activities, maintains organized records, and supports the organization’s humanitarian efforts through timely coordination of deliveries and resources. The Warehouse Manager works closely with the CEO to help align daily operations with the foundation’s mission and strategic objectives.
