About Our CEO
Juan Sánchez is a trilingual (English, Spanish, French), entrepreneur, educator, and retired U.S. Navy veteran dedicated to empowering families and strengthening immigrant communities across the United States. Based in Florida, he serves as CEO of Productos Caribeña and is the founder of the America United Foundation.
Juan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a Minor in Management Information Systems from PACE University, and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Business Administration from Barry University.
His background also includes advanced technology studies in Boston, New Jersey, New York, Florida, and England. His service in the Navy—particularly within the Mobile Inshore Undersea Warfare Unit (MIUWU‑208)—shaped his lifelong commitment to discipline, mission, and public service.
This strong combination of technical and business disciplines has given him a highly competitive edge in the industry, allowing him to bridge innovation, operations, and strategic leadership with exceptional fluency.
With more than two decades of experience in leadership, technology, and community development, Juan has worked with global organizations such as IBM, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Discovery Channel, Active Media International, and Prudential Relocation Management.
That same commitment drives his work today: creating opportunities, expanding access to knowledge, and supporting immigrants as they build stable and prosperous lives in the United States.
Juan is currently developing a series of books designed to guide and empower immigrants with practical, realistic, and human‑centered tools for success. He believes deeply that knowledge, discipline, and community support can transform lives—and that everyone deserves a dignified path forward.
