General Manager
Francisco oversees daily operations, strategic planning, and financial management to advance the organization’s mission. He leads budgeting, financial oversight, compliance, and operational execution to ensure long-term sustainability. He also manages staff and volunteer development, supports fundraising initiatives, and maintains strong relationships with donors and partners to expand our impact.

With 35 years of experience at the National Office of Industrial Property (ONAPI), responsible for Trade Names and Trademarks. Eastern Regional Office (ORE), Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic.

Associate Pastor
Renovated Church of the Living God Founding Pastor (2014 – 2019). Served as Founding and Senior Pastor, providing spiritual leadership and strategic direction to the congregation. Through a message centered on life, hope, faith, and the love of God, he guided individuals and families toward spiritual growth while proclaiming God’s plan of salvation to communities and nations. Detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Manager with over 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, leadership, and process optimization. Eduardo will bring expertise in logistics and team management to America United Foundation and work alongside our CEO by being fully responsible to maintain operations running smoothly while our CEO is engaged in international affairs.
